Power To Remove Difficulties
(1) If any difficulty arises in the implementation of this Act, Government of Nepal may, issue necessary order
by a notification published in the Nepal Gazette, to remove such difficulties without any inconsistency with the provisions of this Act.
(2) Each order issued pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be presented to the Parliament as soon as possible.
